- All orders from hoosiertire.com are shipped from Lakeville, IN.
Order Process Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- For tire orders, shipping is available to the lower 48 states
- For apparel and merchandise, shipping is available worldwide.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation including shipping details. If you do not receive an email with the details, please check your spam folder or contact us at 574-784-3152 for confirmation.
- Items will be shipped via UPS. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Shipping rates will be calculated using real-time shipping.
- Package trackers will be provided by the carrier.

- Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. Hoosier Racing Tire Corp. is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.
- Shipments may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Tires are non-returnable. All tire sales are final.
Apparel and Merchandise
- Apparel and merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase unless it is custom or embroidered.
- Returned items are eligible for replacement, refund or credit.
- All returns must be in the original packaging and must not show signs of wear and tear.
- In the event an item is returned due to a defect Hoosier Racing Tire will also reimburse the shipping fees.
- Please allow 2 weeks for shipping of in-stock replacement items.
- If items are no longer in-stock Hoosier Racing Tire will issue a credit or refund excluding shipping fees.
- All custom and embroidered apparel and merchandise are non-returnable.
